I have the LaView LV-N9808C8E with 4 cameras, and I added the LaView doorbell (LV-PDB1520F1) a few weeks later. Here recently I can live view the doorbell camera via the LaView Connect app, but when I try to review recorded footage it just says "No record found." I can live view and review recorded footage on the other cameras no problem from the same app. When I use IE from my PC on the local network I can live view and review recorded footage on all cameras including the doorbell. I haven't made any changes to my setup, so this seemingly broke on its own. I've tried rebooting the NVR and the doorbell to no avail.

Have any ideas what to troubleshoot next?
