I have a cam that just recently went to a grey screen and has RD: NO SIGNAL showing on my mobile screen. I tried unplugging and letting it sit for awhile then plugged it back in, still nothing. Help please?

can you see the camera via browser?

No but I can not even see my cams that are working via browser

The its not a blue iris issue....likely you dont have the correct ip address. You need to set it static or use dhcp reservation.

Easiest was is to find the device in your router and set dhcp reservation/static so that the device always has the same IP...
