No Video using android APP while on VPN But Wifi Works

Hey Guys im having a little bug. Perhaps you can help me.

I recently upgraded my BI server after suffering a a total OS hard drive crash. I renewed my BI subscription and installed the latest version because my previous had expired. After restoring my config it would seemed i was back and running. Both my wife and i are using the latest Pixel 7 phones on google fi (Tmobile) Network. We are both seeing an issue where android app works fine over wifi, but when connecting via my VPN (OpenVPN), cameras are blank. I dont recall this was an issue up until we upgraded my server. Has anyone dealt with this?
 
On BI's web server page, is the WAN IP the same as the LAN IP?

Hi TonyR, no the lan IP has internal and the WAN IP is set as our external.
Try setting the WAN IP (external) to the same IP as the LAN (internal).
 
Hi Tony, Just tried it. Same thing. I made those changes on both the server the BI android app. I turn off the wifi on the phone so it uses 5G and connected via VPN. The android app connects, but all the cameras are blacked out and cant view them. They work just fine over the wifi internally though.

Can you open a browser to UI3 when on 5G and see the cams?
Use the same URL as in app for LAN.
