Noise Detection

I have a smoke detector alarm and water leakage detector alarm. However, they are not smart devices and cannot send notifications.
Recently, I bought a IP Cam with two way audio capabilities.

I wonder whether I can do some setup that if IP Cam detects those alarms, it will send out notifications to mobile phone.

Which camera do you have? Many of them have the capability to trigger on audio.
