Noisy audio output on Camera

I have some Hikvision cams installed on a site where I use the audio output for the offsite monitoring company to communicate with intruders. Was working perfect for a few months. Getting some noise from one of the speakers the last few days. When I switch the cam from video/audio to video and back the noise go away for a few hours. Any idea what could be the problem and how to solve it.

Do you have speakers on site or just the mics from the cameras? Ruling out speaker feedback

There is no mics on site. Only the speakers.

Ahh I understand. I'm not to familiar with the topic then. You could check the ground that is powering the speaker. I know from AV equipment, grounds tend to pick up background noise unless you have a ground loop isolator installed in the speaker system.
