NON-LAN same Subnet

Good Day..

Just trying to figure out something that should be simple.

my network is a 10.*.*.*/8

My cams are 10.10.12.*
My PC/Servers are 10.10.10.*
Other devices use 10.0.0.*
so on and so fourth .

I am trying to set BI to NON-LAN authentication but it does not work (except on the BI server).

If I change it to Auth at on any connections of course it works great, but no matter what I can not get it to use NON-LAN on the same subnet. Main PC is 10.10.10.1, BI is 10.10.10.26.

I do have Anonymous enabled, any ideas would be helpful.

I haven't used NON-LAN authentication but as I understand this option only for local connections? May be something has to do with your ipsec/vpn tunnels configurations or policies?
