Has anyone else noticed the non linear response of the HLC control in the 8MP Colorvu cameras? See the image below, top pic is with HLC set at 40, middle is 41 (note massive change in scene) and the the last pic is with it set at 100. It's almost as if the highest HLC setting is 41and after that it drops off again up to 100?
I've got 2 Colorvu 8MP cameras it happens on, one has been updated to the latest Euro firmware and the other is a couple of months old running what it came with. Both behave the same. I also noticed similar behaviour when quickly trying WDR. It's on the Low Illumination setting and very noticeable in low light situations.
