Noob needs help, locked out of cameras.

I have two Hikvision cameras after changing some camera properties on blue iris the cameras rebooted and now I have a port, username, password error and I know my passwords but they're not working. Even logging straight into the cameras. Any ideas. Thank in advance.

unplug power to the camera and try again.
