Not all channels displaying on the Monitor

I have 32 Channel Dahua DH-NVR4232N NVR, and 18 Cameras connected to it. All Cameras added as well. but not all cameras displaying on the screen at a time.. channel is blank, but when i double click it plays live footage.. out of 18, around 10-15 cameras are showing up at a time.... and they are not stable, they are shuffling. No issue when in Web view. all channels plays smoothly.

My NVR Bandwidth is 200 Mbps and out of which about 80-90 Mbps is being used.

All cameras sub-stream is set to D1 ie., 704X576. '
FPS is 20
Bitrate is : 1024

That's the incoming, or recording, bandwidth.

For viewing on the VGA/HDMI interface, you need to look at the decoding capability of the (unspecified) NVR.

From the device specifications :

Decoding Capability

8 channels@1080p (30 fps)

I suspect that you may be on the edge of the decoding capabilities with 18 channels set at D1 sub-stream resolution.
