That old bitty on the front also looked like she was so drunk that she was about ready to fall out.

At the very least you could wrap heavy, thick rope around all the posts to help alleviate impact.
Commercial bumpers would be much better, but $$$$$

Actually, I totally forgot about the rolling wheel dock bumpers. Instead of stopping the vessel it would help push the vessel through. Just a thought.

If they ever draw blood I think you would have a bigger problem so put them under the water and they will have no idea why their boat is sinking.

I was just wondering, if it is illegal to operate a boat while "impaired", is there an agency you could report this to??? If the boat is rented, which it looks like a lot of them could be, it should be easy to trace and fine the bastard.

I guess the big tires didn't provide enough propulsion of that Sherp. They had to add an outboard. Never seen them run with an outboard attached to them. There is also a Canadian manufacturer called Fat Truck. Same basic thing, except they are made in Canada instead of Ukraine.
