Hello everyone, sorry for my English translator required, I have 4 Dahua cameras that I love but from time to time I have a problem with one, that is to say I do not receive the notification that a person has passed in front of the camera yet if I go to the DMSS app the video is there. I formatted the micro SD card, and restarted the camera but still the same problem, should I reset it completely and start programming the camera again? thank you very much
 
Are your cameras attached to a NVR? If so, remember to "subscribe" to notifications in the DMSS app via /Device Details/Multi-channel Alarm Subscritpion/Notifications/(select the alarm you want)/(select the camera channel).
If you don't use a NVR then sorry, I can't help since my only experience is with setting up OpenVPN and my own Dahua NVR.

do you use/record to an NVR or are the camera stand alone?

When you say the video is there in your DMSS app, is it an event notification or are you simply seeing it on the recorded footage?

Are you recording 24/7 or only events?

Are you using plain motion detection or IVS?
 
Hello again, I will try to explain the problem, and sorry again for the English translator, I have 4 cameras, everything was working great for a week, I only have 1 camera that has a problem, the other 3 I receive notifications on my iPhone with dmss without problem, the camera that is at fault does not send notifications to my cell phone, but the IVS motion recordings are recorded because I can see them, I have an nvr too, I did not touch anything and overnight I no longer receive notifications from this camera, all my cameras are set to the ivs only and it's been 3 years that everything has been working well, I even reset the camera and reconfigured and it doesn't work anymore, maybe the camera has a problem, thanks again
 
Have you opened that camera on DMSS app, clicked the settings button on the top right, go to notifications and make sure it’s on and trip wire is selected? See picture.

Hello again, this morning I did a test, I installed the imoulife app, and strangely the notifications work on my front camera so the problem from the beginning is DMSS I uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same problem I will wait for a new update to come out
 
If you really want to properly deinstall dmss and find out if the app is the problem. Go to app settings of your phone;
-delete all cache dmss
-delete all storage used by dmss
-force stop dmss
-restart phone
-install dmss
