Hi, what is the average anticipated turnaround we can expect, can this be made quicker for example the make/break time, if an alert is triggered does BI/Sentry wait until the clip/break time has expired before it sends to Sentry.

I believe that the round trip time (when BI sends the image to Sentry to be analyzed, without hitting the 15 second timeout as defined by BI, is typically 6 seconds.

The image to process is defined by the MAKEtime. The round-trip to/from Sentry is typically 3-6 sec. BI sends or suppresses the alert as soon as Sentry provides the response. BI does NOT wait until the Break Time to send Sentry the image for processing.

BI will timeout after 15 sec which could be due to server load at Sentry or internet bandwidth.
