We have deer on camera almost daily, many time multiple times a day but usually early evening or at night. There's a herd of about eight does and a buck. One of the does is lame, the same as the one in your video, and it's hard to watch her try to keep up with the pack and we eat venison when we can get it. But she manages, somehow.
There was talk of one with a broken lower leg in that live feed from Brownsville Maine-- commentary was that the broken part fell off and the deer lived for another full year. These deer in my neighborhood go back and forth across a busy truck route, and that lack of full mobility might spell doom eventually.
