Nuuo NS2080 cant connect to Hikvision DS-CD2732F-I

Hi All,

My Nuuo NS2080 finds my DS-CD2732F-I camera fine, but it will not connect for some unknown reason. Some notes following current troubleshooting

- Router is on 192.168.0.1
- Hik cam is on 192.168.0.16
- I can ping the .16 address no problem
- I sucessfully configured the Hik cam to my router subnet, changed the IP as above using SADP tool.
- I can see the Hik cam in ivms 4200 client no problem, and on the iphone version

- Hik cam is on firmware 5.3.0_150327
- Nuuo is on firmware v2.0.1 (there is later version from Nuuo that I might try)

Hope someone has an idea what this may be. I dont really want to play with the cam firmware before I know a little more.

I have been on the Nuuo website looking at firmware and the latest for this camera is v5.3.0 150_513, and in the release notes it says the following in relation to Nuuo compatibility: v5.1, drive version 3.10.0. I have now upgraded my Nuuo NS2080 to the latest firmware v02.03.09 but the issue remains. I am not sure what v3.10.0 is as it is not available on the Nuuo site for my NS2080 (see here http://www.nuuo.com/EmptyNode.php?node_id=43). There is no v3.10.0 download on Nuuo's site. Also I noted in the release notes from Hikvision for their latest firmware they say once on v5.3.0 you cannot downgrade to the earlier release of firmware.
