NVD1505DH-4I-4K dahua decorder 15 Channel HDMI output

Hi, got a Dahua Decorder NVD1505DH-4I-4K , 15 HDMI output , want to out put it on 15 screens using DSS 7016 and EVS for storage , configured everything according to the user manual , but the Decoder is not outputting .

need help.
