Hi everyone,

Not sure I am in the good section to get help with my problem!
If not, please apologize.

What I have:
Dahua NVR4108-4KS2 (IP: 192.168.1.108)
1 Wifi IP cam IMOU A26L (comercial name: Ranger Pro) (IP: 192.168.1.39)
1 Wifi IP cam IMOU G26E (comercial name: Bullet) (IP: 192.168.1.43)

Each one are on the same network, using DHCP with a static lease according to their MAC addresses and have the last firmware available.

The 2 two cameras work perfectly with the IMOU app.
They are also detected by the "Onvier" app on my mobile phone (connected on the same Wifi network) and I can see the cameras images from this app.

I can also connect them from my Windows computer (on the same network) using VLC, via RTSP.

The "configtool" from Dahua, again on my Windows computer, will detect the 2 cameras, and also the NVR.

All three devices are initialized.
The network conection of the NVR seems ok (pings are succesful)

BUT, I cannot detect the 2 cams from the Dahua NVR!

More precisely, the NVR will detect only the A26L camera (in that case, the status is the "green mark", manufacturer is "Private", port is 37777.
It will not detect the G26E.

Adding the detected camera will result, after editing the user/password of the camera, on a "not online" camera 'red dot status).

Alternatrively, I tried to add the cam manually.

I tried to add manually one of the camera (the A26L), with this these parameters:
IP: "192.168.1.39"
Manufacturer: "ONVIF"
RTSP port: "Adaptive"
HTTP Port: "80"
Username & Password of the camera
Remote CH no: "D1"
Decode strategy: "General"
Encryption "Off"

Then, the status of this camera is "off" (Red dot on status)...

If I go back on the main screen (where all cam image are displayed), I will get the following message for this cam "192.168.1.39 The return login time is up"

The NVR and my computer are on the same switch.
I also tried to connect the NVR directly on the main router (without this switch): same result.

I really don't know what to do now!

Thanks for your help!

Auto-reply: I tried to change the NVR IP address to 192.168.1.40, still in fixed address.
And guess what, it works! May be an issue with my fibre router.. Don't know, but it works.

.108 is a default NVR/Dahua un-initialized device IP.
could easily conflict with another Dahua product on the LAN
so you dont want .108 for the NVR anyway.
