NVR 7608NI-E2/8P no image for WIFI camera

I plugged in my DS-2CD2132F-IWS into my router set an IP address. Setup camera remotely plugged into a power supply.
I have 2 cameras running POE in positions 1 and 2, bottom of the sheet shows Active camera I set up IP is 192.168.1.230
no picture on the 7600. Attempt number 2 second WIFI camera IP 192.168.1.231 this one shows up in one of the ports
position 3, but also shows Not Connected. How do I get an image off the active camera? Camera 231 in slot 3 no connection?

On the assumption that the camera you want in slot 3 is connected to the LAN (via WiFi) and the IP address is correct, have you modified slot 3 to 'Manual' mode from Plug&Play and set the slot 3 IP address to 192.168.1.231?
That's the way you'd configure what would normally be a PoE-connected camera to be accessed from the LAN on the NVR.
