I started to configure AI options. Must a smart plan be selected per camera? It only allows one function per camera? Or can I setup people counting and IVS in one camera?

It doesn't have to be same for all cameras. You can select IVS for one, Face detection for another, People counting for the third camera, and so on. You're only limited to one smart plan per camera.
