I'm using DS-7216HGHI-K1, my NVR automatically restore password, username to the old one which I changed months ago.
I'm sure that I didn't do any kind of password backup on my NVR. I tried to export the current config and then import it back with hope that it might fix the issue but it doesn't.
So please guide me how to clear this "password restore" or at least replace it with the new one.
