NVR Cloud ID is offline

Hi Everyone,

I need your help. I have allowed internet connection on NVR. But I can't access it from mobile app. When I checked the NVR device it shows Cloud ID (Offline).
Please have a look and give me a salutation.

First, dont show your QR code on the internet (or serial number)

2nd, What brand and model is your NVR?
