NVR DONT see Cameras, please help

can you unpluged the router from your nvr ?2018-01-28 19.34.13.jpg

and run again the network scanner (range 10.1.1.1 to 10.1.1.254)

3E949AB0-2153-43BB-BD6C-CC3D06CEEF79.jpeg It only finds my pc and NVR it still don’t find the cameras

That’s with just the NVR, my computer and the cameras

No router

does your cameras set to dhcp or have static ip ?
Why do you have dhcp server at 192.168.1.100 ? you should get your ip from your nvr

Camera is factory reset, I then log in and set DHCP

I then plug in NVR and it’s not found

I have set user & password the same on camera and NVR as I have to log in the camera to set DHCP as it comes as a static as standard

can you set your 3 cameras ip manually to :10.1.1.10, 10.1.1.11, 10.1.1.11 (gateway 10.1.1.1)
and test again

i can only do 1 at a time, i only have 1x 12v transformer

if i unplug it from the NVR i lose POE

I will set one now, is this test on the NVR with NO router again?

network.png Poe power the cameras !!!
Only connect ethernet cable to camera from NVR !!!
as you connect your pc
no router

I can not access the cameras via POE, to change them to a static.

I have to plug them into the local network to see them, set the static of 10.1.1.10

save the config

then plug in the nvr

i then have to plug in my PC to test

My 2 cents, unplug everything from the NVR ports. Reset NVR to defaults.
Reboot it.
Reset one camera to factory defaults.
Plug ONE reset camera into a POE port on the NVR, Don't do anything else for 5 minutes.
See if the cam is seen AFTER at least 5 minutes of waiting.
