[/FONT]how do I update firmware Multilingual? I can use tftpserv?

At the moment you are going to struggle
The 3.3.1 firmware onwards uses new encryption methods implemented by hikvision.
There are a few members working on solutions but at the moment there isn't solution that is public knowledge.

Did the NVR come with Chinese menus?
Worth trying - with unknown chances of success - is to ask the seller to supply you with an ML version of the firmware.
