NVR exported .dav being cut into many small files after conversion

I have tried 2 dav to avi converters. Both converters take the .dav file and end up converting it to many small (approx 3mb) files. is it possible to convert one .dav file to one .avi file? i would like to upload the .avi to youtube.

fyi, youtube takes my h264 dav files directly w/out needing converted.. havent tried w/h265 though

Thanks. I just discovered YouTube will accept my .asf files so all is well. Thanks for the assistance.
