NVR for continuous recording and alarm i/o

Hi,

i'm looking for an NVR. It should
- record continuously
- automatically delete old recordings
- have alarm i/o
- while playback it let me jump to scenes with alarm i/o was triggered

I don't need any motion detection and IVS. My homeautomation would trigger the alarm i/o. On Playback i want to be able to jump from one alarm triggered to the next.

Does Dahua NVR with alarm i/o support this?

yeah thats what I'm using it for.. I chose mine specifically for its number of inputs.
 
the Dahua NVR also has a decently documented HTTP API, if you search I posted it up here somewhere along with several scripts to perform actions and tweak settings through external automation systems.

I have it updating the OSD w/Temperature Readings, OSD Output from ALPRD, Switching profiles and focus at sunrise/sunset, Monitoring Camera's local alarm inputs and Triggering local outputs and more.

Dahua is going to be hard to top if your trying to integrate w/HomeAutomation.
 
i'm not sure if Dahua can satisfy your 4th requirement or not.
 
it can, alarm events will be flaged red on the timeline.
