NVR Hikvision DS-7732N-E4/16P fw upgrade

Hi All,

I cannot find any DS-77xx issued in this board so i have some question to ask u all.

I bought 2 Hikvison DS-7732N-E4/16P NVRs last year and found that the fw version is not the same

1. v3.0.10 build 141126 multi language as picture

2. v3.3.2 build 150522 multi language as picture


The problem is v3.0.10 cannot connect to the new ip camera but v3.3.2 can so i decide to find the information to upgrade fw.

The question are:

1. what is the newest fw i can upgrade without go to chinese language?

2. How to do?

PS i found many thread about the fw upgrade but not my model.

The web GUI update should be a safe enough way to try it.

Hi dear,

My NVR are chinese version NVRs (7732N not NI) but the seller already do multi language when shipped to me. You mean that i can upgrade fw in yr link directly with web GUI right?
