NVR integration with ONVIF Doorbird video doorbell

I have successful integrated the door bird (it shows up when I go to cameras and from the camera section I can see the live feed).

However, it isn't included in the list of cameras to add to live view (this is directly on the nor and ivms-4200). that also means I can't have a continuous record.

Suggestions?
 
Same issue here Envirogreen. What do you mean by import the new camera? I can't see an import option anywhere.
