NVR not showing live preview

I do not think your cameras are outputting a sub stream.
You will need to login to the camera and adjust sub stream settings.

Does NVR have a built in switch or do you use a separate network switch?

You will need to use a computer to configure them.
ONVIF setup does not work with a phone app.
