hello ,we just upgarde out internet last week and since than out cameras not working we have poe switch and all cmarea connected from switches there is one wire came from switch which is inside in the nvr and only one camera woring i m sure thtas the wire came in from switch nody touch the switch.today i s missed around and the blue wire i try in modam and there was an other wire i try in nvr so i see an other camera than switch the cable to other port so i see one more camera but still not showing all the cmaera on same time

If the cmaeras are powered by a POE switch and are NOT plugged into the POE ports of a POE NVR, then it's likely that since this happened with your "Internet upgrade" that your LAN IP is on a different subnet from before and none of the cameras are configured in the NVR with the new subnet.
Connect a PC to the "upgraded Internet", wireless is OK and press Windows key and "R" same time.
In the window that comes up type "cmd" and hit <enter>.
In the black command window type "ipconfig" and hit <enter>.
What is the IP address given for "default gateway" ?
If you have a monitor attached to the NVR for viewing, open up the camera configuration page and tell us the IP address of any offline camera.
What is the IP address of the one camera that you said IS working?

ok thanks for reply right now I m not in center but yesterday I check ip config and its show me 192.168.86.63 but when I login to modam that show me 10.1.10.1
And the working ip address is 10.1.10.107
But if I change nic ip (internal ip or something didn’t remember)to 10.1.10.07 than all the camera ip change to 10.1.10.xx
But if I change it back to 192.168.86.118 than all the cameras ip back to 192.168.86.xx.and than working ip is one of them
But just saying all the ip in order
Like cam1 10.1.10.111
Cam 2 10.1.10.112
But all camera show offline with yellow
And also yesterday I saw on more Ethernet cable which was in modam so I plug in to nvr dnt know where it’s came cuz our poe switch is in other room and all wire is from ceiling.so one more camera showed up than for same wire i try in different port of nvr so different camera come online .than again i change it so a new camera cam online but with other wire the was plug before only one camera showed up even i change any port
