NVR5232-16P Display issue

So the system was working just fine for quiet awhile and out of the blues it having issues. Some how (3) cameras had the same IP address and the NVR is not displaying all (24) cameras on the main screen. I click the black box where the camera image is supposed to be and I get a blown up image, but when I exit it doesn’t display it with the others. I fiddled with setting and nothing. Not sure what gives.
Firmware update needed? Lower all setting? Any advise?

Main Display Issue

I have an issue that just came up, when the system has been working just fine. Could this be a firmware issue? Does my setup work or should it be setup differently? Any advise is appreciated
