I upgraded from a 4th generation Intel box to a 13th gen, reloaded Blue Iris, restored my backup, license, and for the most part, everything is working great. Except for one thing.

I'm getting glitches in the video and they are always around moving objects. I'm not sure why or how to troubleshoot.

Looks like smart codec on in the camera itself or using a non-compatible hardware acceleration.

Intel Quicksync on both CPU's are far as I know. The cameras (Dahua and Hikvision) haven't had their firmwares upgraded since well before my Blue Iris update. It's why it's a head scratcher! I may turn off hardware acceleration in BI and see what happens.

That seems to have fixed it. Perhaps there is an issue with the 13th gen Intel GPU's. Fortunately this processor is so fast I don't mind leaving it off. thanks for the help.
