Odd DS-2CS2032-l recover step to be stuck at..

So I tried upgrading my firmware to 5.30 on a china cam without any reading..... Can't believe how common this is and how much trouble it is creating...

Camera: DS-2CS2032-l
Factory (on box) Version: 5.3_150513
Delivered (according to web interface when working) Version: 5.2.5?
EDIT: Also does not show up in SADP

TFTP can connect and transmit file but will not install, you can see how far it gets in the attached picture, i even wait 30mins...

I have tried using many types of firmware including china 5.2.5...

I know this is a common issue, but am having trouble making sense of the various threads on the matter...

Something to point me in the right direction is requested!

I was able to get the camera to accept and install a 5.2.5 firmware (courtesy of whoslooking 5.3 - 5.25 downgrade) and it is now showing up in SADP!

However the ip address is 192.0.0.64 (according to SADP) and i can't find it in my network! I tried changing the ip via SADP to 192.168.0.60 but it still didn't show up.. should I be pursuing that avenue more?

Yes the downgradetails is your only option, the problem should be sorted if login directly to the camera on 192.0.0.64 from your pc, set at 192.0.0.128 close the pop up and set the iP
It should then work on the new IP.
