For my exterior cameras I use GuardingVision or Hik-Connect and I am running into an odd issue that is kicking my butt. When I set view to 9 cameras one camera displays “Failed to play video,” however if I choose 1 or 4 view this issue isn’t present. Also, if I expand the problem cam when I’m 9 view it plays just fine. Have any of you run into this issue?
Secondly, how are camera order set? I’d like to have certain cams appear in order of my choosing. When I drag them to the order I want then leave the app or view it defaults to some other order. I’ve tried alphabetical, camera number, etc. any tips would be appreciated.
