Off-the-Shelf WIRED Switch System?

Looking for a dirt-simple, ready-made system, or a control panel suitable for use with reed switches so all I need to do is wire it up for audible and flashing-light alarm that tells me which door/window is open or wire cut. Not interested in building my own boards etc. Cameras can come later. Anything out there that you know of? Thanks for any help!
