Oh Baby, Baby, where did my alerts go?

somehow after a recent update I have lost the alerts on several cameras (mostly just the critical cameras)
it is only in cameras that I deleted old videos from. I ran delete and regenerate data base. that did not help. I updated my license when the program renewed this past week and I really don't know if that started it or not. anyway it would be nice to have the alert listing working again as we have a lot of coyotes and bears lately. I would really like to get ai set up and running does Ken still do that or is he really busy with updates

Ken does not set up AI for users - that is a local issue.

Have you recently moved to 5.8.4.x? I had to revert to 5.8.3.3, as all my clone cameras stopped working (they seem to show an active stream, but yellow triangle and have no alerts coming from the clones (main cameras use ONVIF, the clones use B.I. motion detection and CPAI). All back to normal under 5.8.3.3.

The release notes do indicate changes to a more aggressive watchdog setup, but I haven't fully studied the implications or help files.

rolling back worked for now. I wonder when the new version will work?
