So I just got a 32 channel 16 PoE Swann NVR and upgraded the firmware with Hikvision 3.4.92. Upgrade went fine but I was having trouble adding my Hikvision cameras which are on 5.5.0. I was reading the release notes of NVR 3.4.92 and it didn't say anything about support for that new of firmware. So I tried to upgrade it to 4.1.10. After this upgrade my pattern does not work and I get the garbage user names. I went through all 32 of the usernames with a blank password then went through all 32 of the usernames with the correct password. None of the 64 attempts worked. Can anyone help me where to go from here? I don't have any configuration to worry about as I have not added any of my cameras yet. Below is both of the firmwares that I was using as it appears the Swann is a DS-7616NI-I2/16P. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I have 8 port Swann NVR8000 and I'm running V 4.1.60 from European download portal with no issues
Nice. You didn't have the corrupted user table I suppose. What firmware did you use? Once I can get back in I might have to try whatever you used.

I did update to V3.4.92, next to V4.1.10, and finally to V4.1.60
Wow, we chose the same firmware paths. Except I started with the US version of 3.4.92. That seems to be the cause of my issue. Glad to know I was on the right track.
