Ok, lets talk PC-Based recording!

I'm not an expert, but have been using Zoneminder for a while now. (Well, more 'playing with'...)
I'm sure it has all the functionality you would need, and able to connect most IP based cameras and then some.
Little bit of work in the config, but worth it in the end, I think.
