Older IVMS shows remote playback fine, can't get the latest version to work

Hi All!

Our location is primarily using version V2.6.2.7 build20170826. This version has no issues with remote playback. While the current version I am testing on my system(V3.2.0.10 build 20191216) fails to work. I receive the error Playback failed.No record file found.

I do have the storage server online and added to IVMS all cameras function fine for live playback. I have tried some troubleshooting tips that I have found around on the web to no avail. It is especially confusing as the old version works and this one does not.

Any insight into correcting this issue is highly appreciated.

I assume that you are using a laptop/windows PC. Maybe post some screenshots.

I have just loaded this version and it works well.

Not sure what I can post a screenshot of, the settings seem pretty unified between both versions.

The UK version seems to be a later version but it should work
