On Alert Web Request not Firing at Trigger

Ah... makes sense. Tested the other one and it worked fine.
 
Anybody have a solution for this? I'm trying to fire a web request to my Homeseer server using this URL from Blue Iris:

192.168.1.99/JSON?request=runevent&group=Blue%20Iris%20Triggers&name=Twins%20Room%20Camera%20Motion

It works fine when put into a browser, but nothing happens when testing it or triggering it in BI other than the same "HTTP/1.0 200 OK" response in the log.

I just ran into this. Deleted the MQTT alert that kept failing to test. Recreated it and it worked.
