One Cable to Webcam and WAP?

I'm planning to install my first outdoor webcam, and wondering if there's a way to run one POE line to the location and use it to connect and power both a webcam and a Wi-Fi access point. I assume there's not enough juice for both within the standard, or I'd be able to find one on Amazon.

Is there an effective way to do this without running multiple cables or getting complicated?
