One Camera always reverts back to 30FPS

In BI4, I set all my cameras to 15fps but one keeps reverting back to 30fps.

I have two other cameras the same and the others are fine.

The bitrate seems to be hovering around 97.00 kB/s but the others are up around 360.00 kB/s

you must set the frame rates in the camera itself. not blue iris. The setting in blue iris simply auto adjusts.

I am not sure how that setting changed on the cameras but it was set at 30fps when all my other cameras are set to 15fps.

Will keep an eye on it.
