Hi!

I have a situation with two barriers that I would want to open with one camera using ANPR.

The cars will come on the same road, and I want to open the first or second barrier depending on their license plate. I'm trying to read the manuals and instructions, and it seems like it would be possible with a camera with two digital outputs. Can I create one whitelist for barrier one, and trigger output 1 if a license plate matches, and then a blacklist which would trigger alarm output 2 if matched which would open barrier 2.

I wont use a NVR, only the camera. Would this work? I.e with this camera: iDS-2CD8A46G0-XZ(H)S(Y)

After the 2 hours on phone yesterday with tier 1 I’d say you have to use the camera. I don’t see why you’re plan wouldn’t work, there are 2 pairs of alarm outs on pigtail, just designate one for each RTE

Sorry about the delay in responding to this, but I can confirm this works without any issues. We can now control the two barriers with one single camera!
