Hello all
I am having a problem getting one of my cameras to go online with Hik connect.
All my other DS-2CD2041G1-IDW1 cameras are online.
The one I am having problem with is on my network but will not connect to the internet.
In addition it will not set its time by NTP. When I test, it fails.
I have checked that all the device parameters are the same as on the online cameras. I even exported them from another camera and imported them to this one.
But yet if I go to Network / advanced settings / platform access it always says Offline.
Even if I reset the parameters I get the green checkmarks when I save and it remains offline.
The cameras all came with the latest firmware and I even reloaded it to the problem camera with no luck.
I changed the ip address, tried disabling platform access and re enabling.
All with no luck.
I downloaded the diagnostic information file and compared it to an online camera and there were many differences but I don’t know what to make of all that jargon
Any ideas?
