Online Black Screen

hi guys
i got a small little weird problem :)

i got all the CCTV set up , nearly everything is fine .

im trying to view the cameras on my phone and for some strange reason i cannot manage .

i tried both on a iphone 4s and a iphone 5s . both same problem . problem is that it will connect but nothing up on the screen ( just black screen )

the weird thing about this is that i can watch online if im connected to any wifi network ( anywhere in the world ) but on 3G i get the black screen problem .

it was first connected on port 8000 so i switched to port 8888 and problem persisted . the 3G im using is Vodafone (Malta) .

What do you think is the problem ?

NVR = DS-7616NI-SE/P
CCTV = DS-2CD2032-I-4MM
Software = iVms-4520
 
Did you forward port 8000 or 8888 in your router?

Are you connecting to your public IP address when you are connecting over 3G?
