OpenALPR Tool - Save and Query CSV Exports occasional crashes.

The downloader occasional crashes. I click on Debug but not sure what I should be looking for.
One of the errors says this: System.InvalidOperationException: 'ExecuteReader requires an open and available Connection. The connection's current state is closed.'
Any idea how to troubleshoot this?
 
So it crashed again and I noticed it was something to do with the alert I set up.
I think I set it up wrong. I do get the test email confirmation but when a plate I put in goes by it crashes the downloader.
Anyone know how to set up alerts correctly?
