install was successful

sudo -i

cd OpenALPR-Webhook
python3 -m venv ./venv
source ./venv/bin/activate
pip3 install flask-dance
pip3 install -r requirements.txt

no errors

but when i run: ./app.py --host=0.0.0.0 --port=8080
i get the following error:
