OpenVPN + iOS 10.3.2 broken?

Has anyone else had issues with OpenVPN connecting after you upgraded to iOS 10.3.2 or 10.3.3? Since the upgrade I can't connect via my iOS device. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Looks like some others have had this issue but i haven't seen any mention of it on here.

I have openVPN installed via my ASUS router. iPhone 7 running 10.3.3

Mine connects fine on 10.3.3 on a I6 connecting to my BI machine running openvpn.
