Options for IP camera with SD card and no NVR?

I am trying to decide on a IP camera choice for my off-grid solar powered system. The internet access is limited (ie expensive) and the solar power is DC only - no inverter.

My requirements are
1) IP with direct remote access to an app on my phone.
2) SD card data storage on each camera
2) No NVR/DVR - each camera to be accessed separately.
3) No camera batteries or individual camera solar panels.
4) Cameras to be powered by 12V/5V DC - not POE.
5) No cloud storage.
6) Mainstream manufacturer with good support - no obscure makes.

So far I am considering the LNW16XF by Lorex but would like to make sure I am not missing something.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Tony

Most any camera from Dahua, Hikvision or IPCTs own brand will do this.
