I using BI on windows 2008 R2 X64, 8 GB mem.
I have the latest version: 4.2.6.5 x64
The server time is 24H format, and OK.
I using Nettime to sync time...

In the OSD / MASK selection on the camera's the time is 24H format.
On the live view or web view it shows 12H format,

Please help

Eddie

If you mean timeoverlay in the camera settings \ video \ text and graphics overlays...
I have done that many times.. but it does not help...
In the text overlay it shows 24H format, but in the live video, web portal and records, it shows 12H...

it strange :-(

So after more testing... i was able to get the right time on the OSD, BUT.....

The time on the records is still showing the 12H format...

Why?

I would like the BI to be set to 24H format for all settings, all cameras, all records, etc etc...

Greetings Eddie

i got a reply from support.

I run BI as a services, and "out of nothing" something has happend with the time settings on the BI service user.
So to run the BI as a program, as the logged in user, that did the trick...

Tnx Fenderman...

Tnx support

Eddie
