Use it as a router or just a PoE switch. PoE in on port 1. PoE out on ports 2-5.

I use Ubiquiti Flex POE switches outside. 5 port hub - one POE in and 4 ports out with a 46W max load capacity. Powered by 60+ watts POE so only one cable needed into it.

~ $120 USD each I think. Work flawless for me - I do have them in an outdoor "project box" too though.

Cons - need the unifi ecosystem to use/manage them.

I've not used them but nelly's promotes IPCampower products. I see there is an IPCampower branded switch that takes one POE input and outputs two POE as well. It's a small unit, and cheap enough that if it failed outside it wouldn't be the end of the world. I bet in a weatherproof box it would last a pretty long while.
