OUTDOOR WIRELESS CAMERA RECOMMENDATIONS

I am thinking of possibly purchasing the following units listed below. I want to get better CCTV for outside as the budget allows and Axis seems a brand that is very good however outside by budget at this time. Can I get some comments on these units or suggestions. For the bullet camera outside I plan to use a powerline adapter. Any comments / suggestions are welcome

I don't have good result with the power line adapters. Replace them every half year. Run a cat5 and hook up to Poe!!!
